How to Reset Your Password

Overview: 

This article walks you through how to reset the password for your Levels account.


How to reset the password on your Levels account:

  1. If you're logged out of the member portal:
    1. Click here to access the member portal login page.
    2. Click on "Forgot Password?"
    3. Enter the email associated with your Levels account and click Reset password
    4. Follow the instructions sent to your email.
  2. If you’re already logged in to the member portal:
    1. Click Password on the left-side menu
    2. Enter your current password and preferred new password (you will need to enter it twice to confirm)
    3. Click Update Password to save changes

Once you have completed the steps above to reset your password, you should be able to log into your account with the new password. If you run into any issues, please email the Levels Support team at support@levelshealth.com, and they will be happy to help!
