How to Reset Your Password

This article walks you through how to reset the password for your Levels account.
How to reset the password on your Levels account:
- Click here to log in to your member portal.
- If you’re prompted to log in, click on "Forgot Password?", enter the email associated with your Levels account on the next page, and follow the instructions sent to your email.
- If you’re already logged in to the member portal, scroll down to the "Account" section and click on "Edit Password".
- A message will be sent to the email address associated with your Levels account with instructions to change your password (please check your spam folder if you don't receive it).
Once you have completed the steps above to reset your password, you should be able to log into your account with the new password. If you run into any issues, please email the Levels Support team at support@levelshealth.com and they will be happy to help!
