How to Reset Your Password

Reset your Levels password from the login screen if you forgot it, or change it from your account settings if you are already signed in.

Reset your password from the login screen

  1. Go to the Levels website here.
  2. Select Forgot password? below the login fields.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link.
  5. Select the link and create a new password.
  6. Log in with your new password.

Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one.

Change your password while signed in

  1. Log into your member portal.
  2. In Account Settings, select Password.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Select Update Password to save changes.

Password requirements

  • At least 8 characters
  • A mix of letters and numbers (recommended)

Troubleshooting: you did not receive the reset email

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Confirm you used the email address associated with your account.
  • Wait 5 to 10 minutes and try again.

Security tips

  • Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Use a unique password that you do not use for other accounts.
  • Consider using a password manager to keep track of secure passwords.
  • Change your password periodically for added security.
