How to Update Your Payment Method

Update your payment method in the Levels member portal to keep your membership billing up to date.

Update your payment method

1. Log into the Levels member portal here.
2. Select Billing and Subscriptions from the left-side menu.
3. Select Edit next to the billing information you want to update.
4. Select Use a different payment method, then enter your card details.
5. If you want to update all subscriptions, select the checkbox at the bottom of the page.
6. Select Save to apply your changes.
