How to Update Your Account Profile Information

Overview

This article walks you through how to update the following account information: payment method, shipping/billing address, name, phone number, and date of birth (DOB).

To update billing information: 

  • Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
  • Select Billing and Subscriptions from the left-side menu
  • Click Edit beside the billing info you wish to change/update
  • Select Use a different payment method, and enter your card details
  • Tick the box at the buttom to update all of your subscriptions with the new payment method.
  • Click Save to apply the changes


To update your shipping address:

  • Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
  • Select Billing and Subscriptions from the left-side menu
  • Scroll down to find your current Shipping Address
  • Click Edit
  • Enter your new Shipping Address
  • Click Save to apply the changes


Update your Date of Birth / Upload profile image

  1. Log into your Levels member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
  2. Select Profile from the left-side menu
  3. Update your information
  4. Click Save Changes to apply the changes on your profile.

Update Name and Phone Number:

  • To update the name or phone number associated with your account, please email support@levels.com, and a Support team member will be happy to update it for you.
