How to Update Your Account Profile Information
Overview
This article walks you through how to update the following account information: payment method, shipping/billing address, name, phone number, and date of birth (DOB).
To update billing information:
- Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
- Select Billing and Subscriptions from the left-side menu
- Click Edit beside the billing info you wish to change/update
- Select Use a different payment method, and enter your card details
- Tick the box at the buttom to update all of your subscriptions with the new payment method.
- Click Save to apply the changes
To update your shipping address:
- Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
- Select Billing and Subscriptions from the left-side menu
- Scroll down to find your current Shipping Address
- Click Edit
- Enter your new Shipping Address
- Click Save to apply the changes
Update your Date of Birth / Upload profile image
- Log into your Levels member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
- Select Profile from the left-side menu
- Update your information
- Click Save Changes to apply the changes on your profile.
Update Name and Phone Number:
- To update the name or phone number associated with your account, please email support@levels.com, and a Support team member will be happy to update it for you.
