How to Update Your Account Profile Information
Overview
This article walks you through how to update the following account information: payment method, shipping/billing address, name, phone number, and DOB.
To update billing information:
- Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
- Select Manage Account
- Scroll all the way down to the Billing Info section
- select Update your method of payment
To update your shipping address:
- Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
- Select Manage Account
- Scroll all the way down to the Shipping Address section
- select Update your shipping address
Update your Date of Birth
- Log into your Levels member portal here.
- Update Profile Information section on right-hand side of screen as needed.
- Click Save Changes on left-hand side of screen.
Update Name and Phone Number:
- To update the name or phone number associated with your account, please email support@levelshealth.com, and a Support team member will be happy to update it for you.
