How to Cancel your sensor (CGM) Subscription
Overview
This article provides an overview of how to cancel your recurring glucose biosensor subscription.
The instructions below will only be applicable to members who have signed up for a recurring Subscription (i.e. monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly shipments). If you only signed up with a one-time purchase, you do not have a subscription, and you will not be charged for any additional sensors.
How do you know if you're signed up for a subscription? Your member portal home page will confirm your subscription status.
Subscription Cancelation Policy
We will send out a reminder for subscription renewals 5 days prior to the billing date. Once your payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of the devices we use with our product, we are unable to accept returns. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next date.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log into your Levels member portal here.
- Click Billing & Subscriptions from the left-side menu.

- Under the Glucose Monitors card, click the Subscription Options button.
- Select End Subscription.

- Confirm cancellation.
Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will no longer be charged for or receive new sensors. If you'd like to order more sensors at any point in your membership, visit: How to Order More Sensors (CGMs)
