How to Order More Performance Covers

Overview:

Here's how to order more Performance Covers for your glucose biosensor.

Instructions:

If you run low on performance covers, you can purchase more directly from your Member Portal. 

  1. Log in to your member portal here.
  2. Select the Shop button within the Shop card
  3. Scroll to find Levels Performance Covers
  4. Choose either a 4-pack or an 8-pack and click Add to Cart
  5. Review your cart and click Checkout
  6. Confirm your shipping and payment information.
  7. Click Place Order to complete your purchase.

We recommend applying a new performance cover as soon as the one you're wearing starts to peel. Having a fresh performance cover in place will help ensure that your glucose biosensor remains protected.
