Paying with HSA or FSA (TrueMed)

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your Levels membership through our partnership with TrueMed.

How to pay with HSA or FSA through TrueMed

TrueMed helps you determine if you qualify to use your HSA or FSA funds for Levels and provides a Letter of Medical Necessity if needed.

1. Visit TrueMed: Start the eligibility survey here.
2. Complete the survey.
3. If approved, get your letter: TrueMed will provide a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).
4. Purchase your membership: Purchase the Levels membership that works for you (pricing and plans here).
5. Submit for reimbursement: Submit a reimbursement claim to your HSA or FSA administrator.

What is TrueMed?

TrueMed is a platform that helps you use HSA or FSA funds for health and wellness products and services. They handle the eligibility determination and provide Letters of Medical Necessity when required by your HSA or FSA administrator.

What if I already purchased Levels?

If you already purchased Levels and want to request reimbursement from your HSA or FSA:

1. Visit the TrueMed qualification survey here.
2. Complete the survey to get your Letter of Medical Necessity.
3. Request an itemized receipt from Levels support.
4. Submit both documents to your HSA or FSA administrator for reimbursement.
