Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use services through Levels (Levels app, Levels Labs, Stelo Glucose Biosensor, and coaching).

Why is there an age requirement?

Levels memberships include continuous glucose monitoring devices and lab testing that are intended for adult use. Our program, coaching, and clinical guidance are designed specifically for adults.

Additionally, the Stelo sensor (the continuous glucose monitor included with Levels) is FDA-cleared for use in individuals 18 years and older.

Can someone under 18 use Levels with parental consent?

No, we cannot accept memberships for individuals under 18, even with parental or guardian consent. This is due to regulatory requirements and the design of our program.
