Think of it as mission control for your metabolic health journey—where you can view all your glucose data, manage your membership, track orders, schedule labs, review appointments with your in-house nutritionist, and control every aspect of your Levels experience.
What you can do in the Member Portal

Your portal makes it easy to view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade your subscription, pause your membership when life gets busy, or cancel if needed. You can also update payment methods and review your complete billing history and invoices in one place. - Schedule and track your labs
Getting labs has never been simpler. Schedule your lab appointments, download requisition forms, track results as they come in, and access your complete lab history. All your biomarker data lives here, so you can see how your metabolic health evolves over time. - Review appointments and notes from your nutritionist
If you've worked with our in-house nutritionist, your portal is where you'll find all your appointment summaries and personalized notes. You can review recommendations, revisit action items, and track your progress between sessions—everything stays organized and accessible whenever you need it. - View and export your data
All your glucose data, logged meals, Zone Scores, Meal Scores, and health insights are available to view in detail. You can export your data anytime for your own records or to share with your healthcare provider. Your metabolic health story is yours to keep. - Track orders and update shipping
Keep tabs on sensor shipments, update your shipping address when you move, view past orders, and manage your sensor subscription. No more wondering when your next sensors will arrive. - Control your privacy and preferences
