This article shows you how to move your next CGM delivery up to an early date.

How to move your next delivery up to an earlier date

  1. Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
  2. Select Billing & Subscriptions
  3. Scroll down to Glucose Monitors
  4. Beside the next shipment date, select Change
    1. If you want to bump up this shipment to go out sooner, click the Ship Now button. This will update the order to ship out immediately.
