How to Turn On/Off Your Daily and Weekly Reports

Daily and Weekly Reports summarize patterns in your Levels data. You can turn these emails on or off at any time in the Levels app.

Turn Daily and Weekly Reports on or off

1. Open the Levels app.
2. Tap More.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Under Notifications & Communications, toggle on or off:
   • Daily Summary Email
   • Weekly Summary Email
