What happens if I change my mind about being in this study?

Answer:

A participant can withdraw from the study at any time by contacting the study support staff at https://support.levelshealth.com/. If a participant withdraws, the collection of data from the Levels app for study purposes described in the informed consent will stop. Accrued data will be preserved unless the participant explicitly requests their identifying personal data (e.g., name, address, email) to be dissociated from their dataset. Levels will not be able to withdraw study data that has been coded.
