This article shows you how to check the status of your order.


How to check the shipment and delivery status of your order

  1. Log into your Levels member portal here.
  2. Click the Account button on the upper right-hand side of screen.
  3. Under the Orders section, you will see the following order info:
    1. If you have an upcoming order scheduled, you will see the next shipment date of that future order. if you want to bump up this shipment to go out sooner, click the Ship next Order Now button below.
    2. If you have a current order on its way, you will see the tracking information in this section.
