This article shows you how to check the status of your order.
How to check the shipment and delivery status of your order via your web-based Member Portal
- Log into your Levels member portal here.
- Select Billing & Subcriptions on the left-side menu.
- Under Glucose Monitors, you will see the following order info:
- If you have an upcoming order scheduled, you will see the next shipment date of that future order.
How to check the shipment and delivery status of your Levels App:
- Open and log in to your Levels App on your mobile phone
- Tap More in the bottom right corner of the Levels app
- Select Devices
- Under the Order Management section, you will see the following order info:
- If you have an upcoming order scheduled, you will see the next shipment date of that future order.
- If you have a current order on its way, you will see the tracking information in this section.
