This article shows you how to check the status of your CGM order.
How to check the shipment and delivery status of your order via your web-based Member Portal
- Log into your Levels member portal here.
- Click the Account button on the upper right-hand side of screen.
- Under the Orders section, you will see the following order info:
- If you have an upcoming order scheduled, you will see the next shipment date of that future order.
- If you have a current order on its way, you will see the tracking information in this section.
How to check the shipment and delivery status of your Levels App:
- Open and log in to your Levels App on your mobile phone
- Select the Settings icon in the top left-hand corner of the Levels app
- Select Member Portal
- Scroll to Orders Info
- Under the Orders section, you will see the following order info:
- If you have an upcoming order scheduled, you will see the next shipment date of that future order.
- If you have a current order on its way, you will see the tracking information in this section.
