How to Clear Offline Data
Offline data includes logs, zones, tags, and insights. If you notice missing, duplicated, or inconsistent records, clearing offline data can help refresh what you see in the app.
Clear and refresh offline data
- Open the Levels app.
- In the menu bar, tap More.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Data & Privacy, tap Offline Data Storage.
- Tap Clear Offline Data.
What to expect
- The app will restart automatically.
- No data will be lost.
