How to Manage Your Levels Subscription via Apple Payments

This article walks you through how to manage your Levels subscription via Apple Payments. If you purchased Levels Premium via in-app payment on an iOS device, your subscription can be managed directly through your iOS device.

Please note: if your subscription was created using Apple Payments, you cannot manage your subscription through Levels. Unfortunately, this is an Apple requirement. In order to distribute our app in the App Store, we are required to comply with their account management specifications. As such, the Levels team will not be able to adjust your membership, payment method, issue refunds, or provide any other account management service. 


How to Manage Your Levels Subscription via Apple Payments

  1. Go to Settings on your iOS device.
  2. Tap on your ID card at the top, where you will see your name, Apple ID, iCloud, Media, & Purchases.
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Levels
