What is Season Health's cancellation policy?

Answer: Season charges a $50 cancellation fee for no-show appointments or appointments canceled within 24 hours or less. 
  • ⚠️ Note: If you receive a notification from Season about your insurance eligibility within the 24-hour cancellation window and you do not want to proceed with your appointment based on the notification, please reach out to their billing team at support@seasonhealth.com so they can work with you to determine a solution.
