How To Connect Stelo to Levels For Sensors Obtained Elsewhere

FAQ:

  • How do I connect Stelo to Levels using my own biosensor?
  • Can I connect a Stelo biosensor obtained elsewhere to Levels?

Answer:

Levels offers the ability to bring your own Stelo biosensor. With this option, members will be able to sync their glucose data from the Stelo app to Levels via the same integration as purchasing through the Levels website.

To connect a biosensor obtained elsewhere, follow the same process outlined in our How to Connect Stelo to Levels article:

  1. Open the Levels app on your smartphone
  2. Head to the More tab → tap Device Manager
  3. Under Connected Devices, click the Manage button
  4. Under Change Model, tap the Stelo Glucose Biosensor option
  5. Click the Connect Dexcom account button
  6. In the pop-up window, tap Connect and follow the prompts to log into your Dexcom account.
    • If your mobile number is your user ID, tap "use it to log in" first.
  7. Agree to the Permission to Disclose and Authorization form
  8. You're now directly connected to Stelo! đźŽ‰ You'll start to see new readings within 15 minutes.*

*Stelo takes glucose readings every 5 minutes, but your data is refreshed every 15 minutes in the Levels app.
