How to Update Your Health History and Medications
Your health history, including the medications, conditions, and background you entered during onboarding and lab scheduling, helps our clinicians interpret your results accurately. If anything changes, you can update it in the member portal so your record stays current.
When to update your health history
- You start, stop, or change a medication or dosage.
- You have a new diagnosis or health condition.
- Any other health detail you originally entered has changed.
How to update your health history
- Log into the Levels member portal here.
- In the left panel, go to Account → Profile.
- Update your current medications and any other health history fields.
- Select Save Changes to apply the changes.
I already scheduled my labs. Do I need to cancel and rebook?
No. You can update your medications and health history without canceling your appointment. There is no need to cancel or rebook just to add a new medication; the updated information will be reflected in your record ahead of your lab visit.
Important
Do not stop or change any prescription medication before your lab appointment without checking with your doctor first. For guidance on medications and supplements before a blood draw, see How to Prepare for Your Lab Appointment.
