How to Delete Your Data

Request deletion of your identifiable Levels data by emailing our privacy team.

Delete your data

  1. Email privacy@levels.com to request deletion of your data.
  2. The Levels team will verify you are the account holder making the request.

Levels will comply with your request no later than one month after you make it, unless more time is required to verify your identity.

What we cannot delete

  • Payment history and billing details (including billing address) stored with our payment processors for accounting and fraud prevention.
  • Any data that is part of official medical records. Levels is not a healthcare provider and cannot modify or delete information that is part of an official medical record.
  • Data stored with third parties. You will need to contact those third parties to remove your records.
