How to Export Your Data

Export your Levels data

1. Log into the Levels member portal here.
2. In the left panel, go to Health Data → Glucose Dashboard.
3. At the top of the page, select Export Data.
4. On the export page, select the data you want to export in CSV format:
   • Glucose / CGM data
   • Activity logs (food, exercise, notes)
   • Zones (including Zone Scores and Glucose Response)
   • Nutrition logs (including food logs with nutritional metadata)
