How to Export Your Data

Export your data from your Levels account at any time from the Levels member portal.

Export your Levels data

Log into the Levels member portal here.
Under Account Settings, select Export Data from the left navigation bar.
Select the data you want to export in CSV format:
- Glucose / CGM data
- Activity logs (food, exercise, notes)
- Zones (including Zone Scores and Glucose Response)
- Nutrition logs (including food logs with nutritional metadata)
