How to Refer Someone to Levels

When you refer someone to Levels, you both get $100. They get $100 off their membership, and you get $100 off your next order.

How to share your referral link

You can find your unique referral link in the Member Portal or in the Levels app.

From the Member Portal

1. Log in to your Member Portal.
2. In the top banner, look for Give $100, Get $100.
3. Select Get Started.
4. Copy your referral link, or share it by text or email.

From the Levels app

1. Open the Levels app.
2. Go to More, then tap Give $100, Get $100.
3. Copy your referral link, or share it by text or email.

Your link includes a code that automatically applies the $100 discount for anyone who uses it.

What happens when someone uses your link

When someone signs up using your referral link and completes their order, we will email you a $100 promo code.

You can use that code at checkout in the Member Portal for $100 off your next Levels purchase.

The code is valid for one-time use with your current Levels account email.

I didn’t receive my promo code

If you referred someone and did not receive your $100 promo code, it’s possible the referral has not completed checkout yet.

If the referral completed checkout, allow 24–48 hours for us to create and send your promo code.

If it has been more than 48 hours since checkout and you still have not received your promo code, email support@levels.com so we can investigate.
