Results Access

Once Levels receives your Labs results from LabCorp, your results will be uploaded to the Levels app for your review. This typically happens in 3-5 business days after your visit. Regardless of your membership status, you will be able to view your Labs results in the Levels app, along with your historical glucose and log data.

If you need a PDF copy of your Labs results outside the Levels app, please click this link for instructions on how to access your results via LabCorp's patient profile.

Refunds

Levels members can request a full refund for unused Labs order within a year of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after one year or once you’ve completed your Labs appointment.

Labs orders expire after one year and must be used within one year of purchase.
