- Refunds will not be issued after one year, or once you’ve completed your Labs appointment.
- If you request a membership refund and you have already used or redeemed a lab order, your membership cost will be refunded minus the cost of the lab order.
- Labs orders expire after one year and must be used within one year of purchase.
Ordering and results overview
Levels Labs is supported by several independent partners:
- Lab orders are created by a licensed physician from an independent physician network facilitated by MD Integrations.
- The order is routed via our partner platform, Healthie, and transmitted to Quest Diagnostics.

- Results are made available to you in the Levels app at your request for your personal use.
