How to apply your glucose monitor

Overview:

This article provides an overview of how to apply a CGM or a Stelo biosensor.

To apply a CGM or a biosensor,

1. Wash your hands
2. Clean the area where you'll insert the CGM or biosensor using an alcohol swab that comes with your Levels kit.
3. Once you've prepped the area and are ready to install the CGM or biosensor, grab the applicator, remove the cap, put it on the back of your arm, and release the spring.

Once the sensor has passed the warm-up period, your glucose data should stream into the Levels app.
