About Levels x Season Health

With the Levels and Season Health partnership, Levels members will be able to schedule virtual consultations with an RDN that may be covered by insurance.

Season Health dietitians who work with Levels members will be able to interpret the detailed data from the Levels app through our Levels Dashboard, including continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data, and food and lifestyle logs, to provide personalized nutrition advice tailored to each member's unique metabolic profile and health goals.

Why should I consider meeting with a dietitian?:

Meeting with a dietitian can provide you with invaluable, personalized support for understanding and improving metabolic health. There are many possible benefits to meeting with a dietitian, including:

  • Expert Insight on Metabolic Health: RDNs bring specialized training in nutrition science and can help dive deeper into your CGM data and food logs from the Levels app, providing an additional layer of understanding and perspective on how your food and lifestyle choices impact your metabolic health.
  • Personalized Guidance and Actionable Steps: With access to your Levels data, your dietitian will work with you to create customized plans and actionable steps, helping you prioritize nutrition and lifestyle decisions that align with your health goals.
  • Insurance-Covered Access to Professionals: The partnership offers insurance-covered consultations, making high-quality, professional nutrition guidance more accessible and affordable.
  • Goal-Oriented Support: Whether you’re aiming to manage your glucose levels, improve energy, optimize your diet for exercise, or explore preventative health strategies, a dietitian can offer targeted support that’s grounded in your real-time health data.
  • Long-Term Health and Lifestyle Benefits: Working with a dietitian can be a key step toward building sustainable habits that support long-term metabolic health and overall wellness.
