Where to Find Your Lab Results
Most members start receiving results within a few days of their lab appointment, but the full panel may take longer depending on the tests ordered.
When results are available
- Initial results: within a few days of your lab visit
- Completed results: typically within 3 weeks
Where you'll receive your results
Your results are available in the Labs Dashboard in the Levels Member Portal. The dashboard provides easy-to-understand results and actionable insights to help you make informed decisions. You can also download a PDF of your results.
- The PDF download feature is currently available on desktop.
Orders & Scheduling vs. Health Data
The member portal has two separate sections for labs:
- Orders & Scheduling → Lab Orders & Scheduling — This is where you can schedule lab appointments, view your requisition, and manage your lab orders.
- Health Data → Lab Results — This is where your completed results, clinician notes, and biomarker breakdowns live once Quest has processed your labs.
These are separate sections in the portal, so if you're looking for your results, make sure you're in Health Data → Lab Results.
How to view your results
- Log in to your member portal.
- In the left panel, go to Health Data → Lab Results.
- Review results as they become available in real time.
- Use filters to see results that are ready to review versus those still processing.
