Can I get a discount on membership, or gift my included Basic Lab Panel if I don’t want to use it?

We understand that not every member may want to complete the included Labs Panel right away—or at all. Here’s why we’ve structured membership the way we have:

Starting May 28, 2025, we moved to a single, annual membership model that gives every member the same foundational tools to take control of their health from day one. 1️⃣

The annual membership remains $199, which is the same price it was before Labs were introduced. The difference? Membership now includes the Basic Labs Panel (28 biomarkers) at no additional cost—providing deeper insights into cardiovascular, metabolic, and inflammatory health alongside our software, CGM, and dietitian offerings. 🥗

Membership pricing is not adjusted based on whether or not you choose to complete the panel. Similarly, the Labs Panel included with your membership is non-transferable and can’t be gifted to another person, since it is tied to your personal membership account and health profile.

By keeping the membership price unchanged and adding Labs, we’re giving members more value for the same investment—not raising the price or charging separately. This helps ensure a clear and consistent experience across the community. 💫
