Levels Programs transform your raw data into clear, daily action plans:

Choose from:

  • Metabolic Exploration

2. Follow the Designated Habit Loops

Get daily behavior targets tailored to you. These are proven, high-impact habits selected specifically to help you achieve specific health goals. 

3. Opt into Quick Wins

Want extra momentum? Quick Wins are optional check-ins like:

  • Energy Levels
  • Supplement Routines (e.g., Fish Oil, Psyllium Husk)
  • Daily Weigh-Ins

How to Start a Program in the Levels App

  1. Download the latest version of the Levels app 
  2. Open the Levels App
  3. Tap the “Programs” badge on your home screen
  4. Browse Available Programs
    • Select the one that matches your health goal and latest labs
  5. Track Your Progress
    • View personalized charts, check-ins, and daily targets
  6. Switch Programs Anytime
    • Try a new approach or return to open-ended exploration
