BYOD Libre Device Connection Discontinued

Effective immediately, data support for Abbott devices (including FreeStyle Libre 14-day, Libre 2, Libre 3, and other Libre models) is no longer available in the Levels app due to circumstances outside our control.

What are my alternatives if I want to continue monitoring glucose through Levels?

You have two options:

  1. Dexcom sensors via Apple Health/Health Connect: If you receive devices via prescription from a provider, we support Dexcom sensors through Apple Health and Health Connect integration (note: there's a 3-hour data delay)
  2. Stelo direct integration: We offer direct data integration with Stelo sensors for real-time glucose monitoring
