BYOD Libre Device Connection Discontinued

Data support for Abbott devices (including FreeStyle Libre 14-day, Libre 2, Libre 3, and other Libre models) is no longer available in the Levels app due to circumstances outside our control.

What are my alternatives if I want to continue monitoring glucose through Levels?

You have two options:

1. Dexcom sensors via Apple Health or Health Connect
   If you receive Dexcom devices via prescription from a clinician, you can connect Dexcom glucose data through:
   • Apple Health (iOS)
   • Health Connect (Android)

   Note: This pathway has a 3-hour delay.

2. Stelo direct integration
   Stelo connects directly to Levels for real-time glucose monitoring.
