Paying with Affirm

You can use Affirm to pay for your Levels membership over time instead of paying the full amount upfront.

What is Affirm?

Affirm is a Buy Now, Pay Later service that lets you split your purchase into monthly payments. When you use Affirm at checkout, you can spread the cost of your Levels membership over several months with a payment plan that works for your budget.

How to pay with Affirm

During checkout on levels.com:

1. Select your membership (Classic, Core, or Complete)
2. At the payment step, choose Affirm as your payment method
3. You'll be redirected to Affirm to complete a quick application
4. Review and accept your payment terms
5. Complete your purchase

Affirm will show you the total cost, your monthly payment amount, and the length of your payment plan before you commit. There are no surprises or hidden fees.

What you need to use Affirm

To use Affirm, you'll need:

• A U.S. mobile phone number
• To be at least 18 years old
• A valid U.S. Social Security number (for identity verification)
• A U.S. bank account, debit card, or credit card for payments

Affirm will perform a soft credit check that won't affect your credit score.

How Affirm payments work

Once approved:

• Affirm pays Levels the full membership amount
• You make monthly payments directly to Affirm
• Your Levels membership activates immediately—you don't have to wait until your payment plan is complete
• Affirm handles all payment processing and will send you reminders before each payment is due

Interest and fees

Affirm will clearly show you whether your payment plan includes interest before you complete your purchase. The specific terms depend on the amount you're financing and Affirm's approval decision.

Levels doesn't control Affirm's interest rates or approval decisions. All financing terms come directly from Affirm.

Managing your Affirm payments

To view or manage your Affirm payments:

1. Log into your Affirm account at affirm.com
2. View your payment schedule, make early payments, or update your payment method

For questions about your Affirm loan or payment plan, contact Affirm's customer support directly. Levels support cannot modify or access your Affirm payment plan.

Membership renewals with Affirm

When your annual membership comes up for renewal, you'll receive a notification with options to continue your membership. At that time, you can choose how you'd like to pay for the next year.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you cancel your Levels membership, you're still responsible for paying off your remaining Affirm balance according to your payment plan terms.

Canceling your Levels membership doesn't cancel your Affirm loan. Contact Affirm directly if you have questions about your remaining balance.
