How to Book a Functional Nutritionist Session

Your functional nutritionist appointment is a 50-minute, 1:1 consultation designed to help you turn your Levels data into a personalized plan.

Eligibility (when you can purchase)

To unlock the ability to purchase a nutritionist appointment, you must complete either:

  1. Lab results received, or
  2. 21 days of CGM data + meal logging

If you have not met these requirements yet, the option to purchase will not appear.

Pricing

  • $250 per 50-minute consultation

How to purchase

  1. Open your Levels Member Portal and navigate to the Shop page.
  2. Find the Functional Nutritionist add-on.
  3. Add it to your cart and complete checkout.

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

How to schedule your appointment

  1. Open your confirmation email.
  2. Select Schedule Appointment.
  3. Choose a time using the scheduling link.

Once scheduled, your appointment status will show as Confirmed.

How to prepare

A great session starts with a little context.

Before your appointment:

  • Keep logging meals and lifestyle factors as consistently as you can.
  • Write down your top 1–2 goals or symptoms you want to focus on.
  • If you have specific questions, jot them down so you do not forget them on the call.

What happens during the appointment

  • Your functional nutritionist will guide a conversation about your routine, goals, and constraints.
  • You will leave with clear next steps that match your data and lifestyle.

After your appointment

Within 1 business day, you will be able to access:

  • Appointment notes
  • A follow-up plan (typically 4–6 action steps)
  • A recording, when applicable

You can find these in the Member Portal → Appointments.

Cancellation and refund policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund.
  • Within 24 hours or no-show: Appointments cannot be rescheduled and your appointment fee will be forfeited.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find my scheduling link.

  • Check your confirmation email for the schedule button.
  • Or go to the Member Portal → Appointments and look for Ready to Schedule.

I need to reschedule.

  • Use the reschedule option from your scheduling confirmation, or return to the scheduling link.

I cannot see the option to purchase yet.

  • You may still be working toward eligibility. Make sure you have either lab results received or 21 days of CGM data plus meal logging.
