How to Upload Medical Documents to Levels

You can upload medical documents to Levels to help you better understand your overall health.

Upload your medical documents

1. Log in to your member portal.
2. In the left-hand panel, under Account, select Documents.
3. Upload your medical document.
   • Examples include a DEXA scan, MRI, ECG, or lab results.
   • AI will automatically extract information when possible.
4. Review the extracted results.
   • You can edit values or add additional markers if needed.
5. Select Confirm Results.

File requirements

• Upload one visit at a time.
• Accepted file types: PDF or JPG
• Maximum file size: 10MB
