How to Delay Your Next CGM Shipment

Overview: 

Here's how to delay the next CGM shipment to a later date. Your next CGM subscription order can be delayed at any time before the next Levels Kit ships.

How to Delay or Change the Date of Your Next Shipment

  1. Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
  2. Select Manage Account
  3. Select Manage CGM kit Subscription
  4. Go to Next Order and select Update
  5. Here you can select the date you'd like to have your next order processed

Your next shipment will be delayed till the new date you selected. Levels will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships out
