How to Delay/ Update the Shipping Frequency of Your Next CGM Shipment

Here's how to delay the next CGM shipment to a later date. Your next CGM subscription order can be delayed at any time before the next Levels Kit ships.

How to Delay or Update the Frequency of Your Next Shipment

  1. Log into the member portal, https://app.levelshealth.com/home
  2. Select Billing & Subscriptions
  3. Scroll down to Glucose Monitors
  4. Beside the next shipment date, select Change
  5. Here you have two options: 
    1. Change next shipment date
    2. Change Shipment Frequency
      Your next shipment will be delayed till the new date you selected. Levels will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships out.
