How to Order More Sensors (CGMs)

Overview: 

This article walks you through how to to start an ongoing CGM subscription to receive CGM shipments monthly, every other month, or quarterly.

Each shipment includes two 14-day or three 10-day CGMs at $199 per shipment.  There's no obligation to sign up for a CGM subscription and you can cancel at any point before your next order ships.

How to sign up for an ongoing CGM subscription

  1. Log into your member portal here.
  2. Click the Account button in the top right corner.
  3. Click the Subscribe button below the CGM Kit Subscription section.
  4. Select what type of subscription you would like.
  5. Select when you'd like to start your subscription.
  6. In the Sensor Frequency box, select your desired subscription frequency: monthly, every other month, or quarterly shipments.
  7. Confirm your shipping and payment information.
  8. Agree to terms of service & click Purchase Subscription.

After you submit your subscription order, you will receive ongoing shipments of continuous glucose monitoring kits to your doorstep. If at some point you need to pause, cancel, or delay your shipments, please see the how-to articles below.

How to order an ad-hoc kit

  1. Log into your member portal here.
  2. Click the Account button in the top right section.
  3. Click the Order a single CGM kit button below the One-Time Order header.
  4. Choose the sensor type you’d like to purchase.
  5. Confirm your shipping and payment information.
  6. Click Purchase.
