How to Log Exercises

Logging exercise gives Levels important context, because activity can change glucose patterns.

Log exercise manually

  1. Open the Levels app
  2. Tap + on your timeline
  3. Select Exercise
  4. Choose the exercise type
  5. Add duration and any notes
  6. Tap Save

Sync exercise automatically

If your workouts are in Apple Health or Health Connect, connect that data source so exercise can appear automatically.

Tips

  • Log exercise close to when it happened
  • Add notes if the workout was unusually hard or long
