How to Log Strenuous Exercise

An exercise log is how you track workouts in Levels.

Some workouts can temporarily raise your glucose. If you mark a workout as Strenuous, Levels can account for that workout-related rise so it does not affect your metabolic score.

You can mark a workout as Strenuous when you create the log, or update the log later.

Log an activity as strenuous

  1. Open the Levels app.
  2. Tap the green + button to add a log, then select Exercise.
  3. Enter your exercise details.
  4. Select Strenuous, then tap Save.

Edit an existing exercise log

  1. On your Today page, scroll down to your Timeline.
  2. Tap the exercise log you want to edit.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu, then select Edit log.
  4. Tap the Strenuous? checkbox.
  5. Tap Save.
