How to Log Strenuous Exercise
An exercise log is how you track workouts in Levels.
Some workouts can temporarily raise your glucose. If you mark a workout as Strenuous, Levels can account for that workout-related rise so it does not affect your metabolic score.
You can mark a workout as Strenuous when you create the log, or update the log later.
Log an activity as strenuous
- Open the Levels app.
- Tap the green + button to add a log, then select Exercise.
- Enter your exercise details.
- Select Strenuous, then tap Save.
Edit an existing exercise log
- On your Today page, scroll down to your Timeline.
- Tap the exercise log you want to edit.
- Tap the three-dot menu, then select Edit log.
- Tap the Strenuous? checkbox.
- Tap Save.
