How to Update Membership Auto-Renewal

Turn membership auto-renewal on or off from your Levels member portal.

Update membership auto-renewal

1. Log into your Levels member portal here.
2. Select Billing & Subscriptions from the left-side menu.
3. Find the Levels app card.
   • A clockwise arrow icon means auto-renewal is on.
   • A warning icon means auto-renewal is off.
4. To turn off auto-renewal, select Subscription Options, then select End subscription.

Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, then it will expire.

Important notes

• Your membership is separate from your sensor (CGM) subscription. Turning off auto-renewal for your membership does not affect sensor orders.
