How to Renew Your Levels Membership
Renew your Levels membership from the Levels member portal to regain full access to the Levels app.
Renew your membership
- Log into the Levels member portal here.
- Go to Shop (from the side menu or the Shop card).
- Select one of our membership options, then select Add to Cart.
- Review your cart, then proceed to Checkout.
- Confirm your payment details, then select Place Order.
- Look for an email confirmation once your order is complete.
After checkout, your membership will be active again and you will regain full access to the Levels app.
Need to restart sensor shipments too?
Your Levels membership and sensor subscription are managed separately. Renewing your membership does not automatically restart sensor shipments. If you also need to restart your sensor subscription, see How to Restart Your Sensor Subscription.
If your membership isn't reflecting in the app
It may take a moment for the app to sync your updated membership status. Try either of the following:
- Log out and log back in — Open the Levels app, log out, then log back in with your credentials.
- Delete and reinstall the app — Uninstall the Levels app, then download and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play. No data will be lost.
