How to Restart Your Sensor Subscription

Restart your Stelo glucose biosensor subscription from the Levels member portal after a previous subscription was canceled.

Before you start

• An active Levels membership is required to purchase sensors through the Levels Shop. If your membership has also lapsed, renew your membership first.
• Your Levels membership and your sensor subscription are billed and managed separately. Renewing your membership does not automatically restart sensor shipments.

Restart your Stelo subscription

1. Log into your Levels member portal here.
2. In the left panel, select Shop.
3. Scroll to Single Products Catalog, then find Glucose Biosensor.
4. Select a delivery frequency (monthly, every other month, or quarterly).
5. Select Add to Cart.
6. Acknowledge the intended usage for Stelo.
7. Proceed to Checkout.
8. Confirm your shipping and payment information.
9. Select Place Order.

Once your order is placed, your new subscription will begin and your first shipment will be on its way. Each shipment includes two Stelo biosensors (about 15 days each), giving you roughly one month of continuous glucose monitoring.

Previously used Dexcom G7?

Levels transitioned from shipping Dexcom G7 sensors to the Stelo Glucose Biosensor in August 2025. If you previously had a G7 subscription through Levels, that option is no longer available in the Levels Shop. You have two options going forward:

• Start a Stelo subscription through Levels (recommended). Stelo is made by Dexcom and works seamlessly with the Levels app. Follow the steps above to get started.
• Bring your own Dexcom G7. The Levels app still supports G7 sensors. If you already have a G7 prescription, you can purchase sensors independently through Amazon Pharmacy. If you don't have a prescription, Levels can help facilitate one through our physician partners. Head to the Shop page in your Member Portal and complete the medical intake form for the Dexcom G7 Prescription. If approved, the prescription is sent to Amazon Pharmacy, where you can purchase sensors (approximately $177/month for a 3-pack of 10-day sensors).
