How to Track Your Sensor Order

Track your sensor order from your Levels member portal or the Levels app.

Quickest way: use the member portal

  1. Log into the Levels member portal here.
  2. Go to Orders.
  3. Select your order to see the status, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.
  4. Select the tracking number for the latest carrier updates.

Track in the Levels app

  1. Open the Levels app.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Select Devices.
  4. Under Order Management, you will see your next shipment date (if one is scheduled) or tracking info (if an order is on the way).

Order statuses (quick definitions)

  • Processing: being prepared for shipment
  • Shipped: on the way (tracking number available)
  • Out for delivery: arriving today
  • Delivered: dropped off
  • Exception: delay or issue (check tracking details)

Delivery timing

  • Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after you place them.
  • Delivery estimates:
    • Contiguous US: 5 to 7 business days
    • Alaska and Hawaii: 7 to 10 business days

If something looks wrong

  • If tracking is not updating, check the carrier page first.
  • If it shows Delivered but you cannot find it, check common delivery spots and ask neighbors.
  • If items are wrong or damaged, take photos.
