💰 Subscription (recommended): $89 per shipment with flexible delivery options (monthly, every other month, or quarterly). Cancel anytime before your next shipment.

🛒 One-time purchase: $99 per two-pack whenever you need them.

Both options include two Stelo biosensors plus shipping, giving you a full month of continuous glucose monitoring.

How to set up a Stelo subscription

1. Log into your member portal here
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Click Subscribe below the Stelo Kit Subscription section
4. Acknowledge the Intended Usage for Stelo
5. Select your frequency: monthly, every other month, or quarterly shipments
6. Confirm your shipping and payment information
7. Agree to terms and click Purchase Sensors

Your biosensors will arrive automatically at your doorstep. Need to pause, cancel, or adjust your timing? No problem – manage everything from your portal.

How to order a one-time kit
