How to Update Your Next Sensor Shipment
Delay your next Stelo sensor shipment or change how often you receive shipments from the Levels member portal.

Delay your next shipment or update shipment frequency
- Log into the Levels member portal here.
- Select Billing & Subscriptions.
- Scroll down to Glucose Monitors.
- Next to your next shipment date, select Change.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Change next shipment date
- Change shipment frequency
Levels will email you tracking information when your order ships.
