Where can I view my Levels Labs results?
Answer:
Your Levels Labs results should be available within 3-5 business days after your visit. We will send you an email and an in-app alert once they're available. To view your Levels Labs results and Levels Insights in the app, go to the More tab at the bottom of your Levels app.
If you can't find your results, and we've alerted you that results are available:
- Check the app store for any available updates to the Levels app.
- Try logging out and logging back into the app.
If you still cannot see your results in the app or if it has been more than 5 business days and the results are still unavailable, please contact support at support@levels.com for further assistance.
