Where can I view my Levels Labs results?

Answer:

Your Levels Labs results should be available within 3-5 business days after your visit. We will send you an email and an in-app alert once they're available.

To view your Levels Labs results as well as Levels Insights in the app, go to the Labs tab at the bottom of your Levels app.

If you can't find your results, and we've alerted you that results are available,

  • Check the app store for any available updates
  • Try logging out and logging back into the app

If you are still unable to see your results in the app, reach out to support at support@levelshealth.com.
