[LabCorp Orders]: Where can I view my Levels Labs results?

Your Levels Labs results are available in the Levels app once they are ready.

When results are available

Results are typically available within 3–5 business days after your visit.

You will receive an email and an in-app alert when your results are ready.

Where to view your results

• From the Levels app:
  • Go to My Data → My Lab Results, or
  • Go to More → Labs.
• From the member portal:
  • In the left-hand panel, go to Data → Labs.

If you cannot find your results

If you received an alert that results are available but you still do not see them:

• Check the App Store for an update to the Levels app.
• Log out of the app, then log back in.

If results are still missing

If it has been more than 5 business days and your results are still not available, contact support at support@levels.com.
