[LabCorp Orders]: How do I locate my Levels Labs order?

You can find your Levels Labs order in the email you received after your order was placed.

When you will receive your order

We send a copy of your Levels Labs order by email within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

If you cannot find the email

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Look for an email with the subject line “Your Levels Labs Order slip.”

If you still cannot locate your order

Email support at support@levels.com to request a copy of your Levels Labs order.

Do you need to bring a copy to LabCorp?

Your Levels Labs order is available in the LabCorp system, so you do not need to bring a copy.

When checking in at a LabCorp location, enter your name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your order.
