Where do I find my Levels Labs order?
Answer:
We send a copy of your Levels Labs order via email within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
If you can't find it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. The subject line is "Your Levels Labs Order slip."
If you are still unable to locate it, reach out to support at support@levelshealth.com to request a copy of your Levels Labs order.
Your Levels Labs orders also live in the LabCorp system, so you don't need to bring a copy when you go to a LabCorp facility. When checking in for your test at LabCorp, enter your name and DOB exactly as they appear on your order.
