How do I upload my lab results to the Levels app?


We’re excited to let you know that you can now upload lab results from outside of Levels! We accept results for up to 10 biomarkers: A1c, Fasting Insulin, Triglycerides, ApoB, Uric Acid, HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, Fasting Glucose, Total Cholesterol, and hs-CRP. 

You don’t need to send all 10 biomarkers—just the ones you have.

You can upload your Labs results using the Lab Upload Link or through the Levels app.

  1. Open the Levels app
  2. Tap the Labs icon at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Tap the arrow on the top right to open the drop down. 
  4. Tap Have your own results? Send them to us.
  5. Confirm your name, email associated with your Levels account and the date the labs were done.
  6. Manually enter your results or attach a copy or your results.

The Levels team will import your lab data into your member account within 48-72 hours. You will receive a confirmation notification once the upload is complete. Your data will appear under the ‘Labs’ tab in the Levels app, along with analysis and context for your results.
