How to Upload Lab Results to Levels
You can upload lab results from outside of Levels and view them alongside your Levels Labs data.
Upload your lab results
- Log in to your member portal.
- In the left-hand panel, under Account, select Documents.
- Click Upload Document to upload a PDF of your lab results. Our AI will automatically extract the information.
- After the upload, review the extracted results.
- You can edit values or add additional markers if needed.
- Select Confirm Results.
Note: Only upload one visit at a time.
Where to find your uploaded results
Your uploaded data will appear in the Levels app and member portal, along with analysis and context.
- From the Levels app: On your My Data tab, scroll down to My Lab Results, then select See All Results to find your lab report.
- From the member portal: In the left-hand panel, select My Labs to find your lab report.
