Why Some Lab Results Are Missing
It can be confusing to see a notice that all results are in, but then the counts in your Labs Dashboard do not match the total number of markers tested. In most cases, this is expected.
Why some results may look “missing”
All biomarkers may be tested, but not every test has a reference range reported.
- When a reference range is not reported, that result will not be counted as “in range” or “out of range.”
- Because of this, the number of in-range and out-of-range markers may not add up to the total markers tested.
