Why does it look like some results are missing?

FAQ:

I received notice that all of my labs results were in, but it looks like some are missing.

Why does the number of in and out of range results not add up to the total markers tested?

Answer:

It's possible you might see a what looks like a discrepancy in your Labs dash between tests drawn and in/out of range markers. This may seem like an error in reporting, however it is likely expected behaviour.

While all biomarkers were tested, not all tests have a range reported. Because of this, the number of in and out of range markers may not equal the total number of markers tested.

Here's an example of what this might look like for a Basic and Comprehensive panel.
