Dexcom G7 Real-Time Connection Discontinued

As of December 15, 2025, the Levels Research Program has concluded and real-time glucose data has been disconnected for Dexcom G7 devices.

You still have simple options to keep tracking your glucose data in Levels.

Options to continuously monitor glucose

Switch to Stelo (recommended): Stelo provides the simplest transition and continues to support continuous glucose monitoring through Levels.

• How to buy Stelo: Go to the Shop page of your member portal to start a new subscription.

Connect an existing CGM (Dexcom G7 via health data sync): Keep using a personal Dexcom G7 by connecting through:

• Apple Health (iOS)
• Health Connect (Android)

Note: This pathway has a 3-hour delay because the G7 app does not write to Apple Health or Health Connect in real time.

Next steps for Levels research

Disposing of study devices: Study devices cannot be used outside of a research environment. After December 15, 2025, dispose of any unused Levels-provided Dexcom G7 sensors in your regular household trash.
