Functional nutritionist consultations are a way to get 1:1, data-informed guidance that helps you turn your Levels data into an action plan you can actually follow. 

What you’ll receive

A functional nutritionist will review your available Levels data ahead of time, then meet with you live to help you build a personalized plan.

  • Before your session
    • Review of your available CGM patterns, food and lifestyle logs, and (when available) lab results and clinician notes.
  • During your 50-minute session
    • A conversation focused on your routine, goals, and biggest friction points.
    • Practical strategies tailored to you. No generic meal plan.
  • After your session
    • A personalized follow-up plan, typically including 4–6 action steps and helpful resources.
    • Access to appointment notes, and a recording when applicable, in the Appointments section of your Levels Member Portal within 1 business day.

  • $250 per 50-minute consultation
