How to Cancel Your Stelo Subscription
Cancel your recurring Stelo glucose biosensor subscription from the Levels member portal.
Before you cancel
- These steps apply only if you are enrolled in a recurring subscription (for example, monthly, every other month, or quarterly shipments).
- If you made a one-time purchase, you do not have a subscription and you will not be charged for additional sensors.
- To confirm your subscription status, check Billing & Subscriptions in your member portal.
Subscription cancellation policy
We send a reminder for subscription renewals 15 days prior to the billing date. Once your payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Due to the nature of these devices, we are unable to accept returns.
To avoid charges for a future shipment, cancel before your next billing date.

Cancel your Stelo subscription
- Log into your Levels member portal here.
- Select Billing & Subscriptions from the left-side menu.
- Under Glucose Monitors, select Subscription Options.
- Select End Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
After you cancel, you will no longer be charged for or receive new sensors. If you want to order more sensors later, see How to Order More Sensors.
