How to Pause Sensor Shipments
Pause all future Stelo sensor shipments from the Levels member portal until you are ready to restart.

Pause your sensor subscription
- Log into the Levels member portal here.
- Select Billing & Subscriptions.
- Scroll down to Glucose Monitors.
- Select Subscription Options.
- Select End Subscription.
Restarting shipments
Your CGM subscription will be paused until you choose to restart it.
